I just had a second terrible experience at the Supermax in Vega Baja. The first one had to do with cockroaches by the register. And tonight, Oscar Meyer deli neat that expired on Jan 20,2020 but when we got home I opened it and it was moldy. I drove to tell the manager -Norberto-and show him the item. He tells me to go exchange it for another one. But this is not the case. He as the person in charge should have all this pre checked. The refrigeration system is obsolete. I have pictures of the so called thermometers. And the log sheets are old. Quality control is a must. Customers deserve better. Feel free to get in touch with me. Thank you.
