[[[[[ Warning !!! ]]]]] Don't use this company!!!! Haven't had heat for three weeks. 1st week of waiting was rescheduled, due to a supposed call out. When he actually showed up, he said we needed a new water pump and could be back the next day with the part to replace it. Waited and was called at the end of the service window (on Saturday) >> he suggested, saying he couldn't make it and said he could be here Monday morning. No one showed after waiting patiently all day....!!! NO ANSWER after making repeated calls and sending texts to a number he had contacted us with prior. His politeness and attentiveness is an act. Seems to make his living collecting the initial service call money and then bailing on you. I'm sure he's enjoying the heat in his house that people like us get suckered into paying for!!!! We still don't have any heat!!!

Great service! Steve (the owner) came over in a snowstorm to fix my heat. He and his crew are very customer service oriented, prompt, and knowledgeable. Great prices on annual service contracts, too.
