We have used Long Prairie Sanitation Services for our trash pick up since we moved here in 2006. They did not pick up my trash this week which left me to haul the can back up the hill full. When I called they told me that their driver did not come down the road because he felt the road had gotten too narrow for a truck to drive down with all the snow. When I told her that we had been their customers all these years she said "We have bigger routes and bigger trucks now." What this says to me is that they have gotten to big to care about people or do a good job.
