The firm's principal attorney, Lucia E. Perpina, Esq., is a general practice attorney with special expertise in municipal court, criminal law, civil litigation, immigration law, and school law. Ms. Perpina graduated with a bachelor's degree from Fordham University and then went on to earn her law degree (Juris Doctor) from Brooklyn Law School. While in law school she gained valuable experience by litigating claims at the Workers' Compensation Board. She was also a student member of the New York Bar Association. Ms. Perpina was admitted to the State Bar of New Jersey in 1997 and is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and various sections within the Association. Fully bilingual in Spanish, she is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
