He has been repeatedly sanctioned and/or admonished by the courts for unprofessional conduct {reference: censured by the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department, for two violations of Disciplinary Rule (DR) 1-102 (A)(4) of the New York Code of Professional Responsibility.
