Waow! After reading all the comments below I realized I just made a big mistake by ordering from Pugster. Too late for me because I just placed an order. I wanted to add to my order so I called Customer Service. After 30 minutes I hung up and started researching the company and found all you unhappy customer, just like me. But now we are not alone, we can communicate instantly via forums like Facebook etc. Now all of us know better & won't make the same mistake again. The looser is Pugster, we move on! I have ordered from Kohls several times and have had exellent results A+. And they too have sales. Thanks for your reviews!
