The home owners association /maintenance manager whatever you want to call them are power hungry old cranky geezers who will come up with a way to fine you over anything. They lie about repairs that need to be done that were not caused by you and make up impossible scenarios for how something that has never happened in history of the world miraculously happened defying all logic and then violate your privacy by entering your unit and going through your stuff and then gossiping about it. Then will send you a bill to fix something that could not under any circumstances been your fault and lie through there teeth with the dumbest story of how you are at fault. Absolutely ridiculous how some ppl take a minimum wage job at the end of there lives and due to the many years of having to work at low paying jobs use the little power they have now to ruin peoples day because of there anger and regret at how there own lives turned out.
