These people are unlicensed contractor's. We hired RJ Tile & Stone for a apt construction job. They passed themselves off as licensed contractors. We recently went through an audit with L&I as part of doing business in Washington state & much to our surprise we were informed that they are unlicensed contractors & received a fat fine. When we tried to resolve it with the owner "Russ" his response, "go ahead & report me or sue me" I would not recommend doing any business with these crooks if you don't want a fine from L&I or simply turn them in.
