They do not honor their "Lifetime Warranty" that they promise. I have returned my damaged cover and have not received a replacement cover. I have emailed them several times with no response. I tried calling, and all I get is the voice mail that says "voice mail box is full". I would not recommend. The product is good, but the warranty is useless since they don't respond.

On January 9, 2013 I was able to contact a lady at Measurematic named Gazelle. She said that she has had a major medical issue that involved a transplant and she is trying to catch up to the back orders. There are many she said. She said she "hopes" to be all caught up in about a month. She said they are still in business and will be filling all orders.

I will add my voice to those who are appalled with the customer service. Over two years ago, I spoke with the woman, Gazelle, Jazel, Giesel regarding my needing an exchange for the incorrect size. She had me send my "old" (but unused) cover to her, along with a letter explaining what I needed. I followed up with a phone call about a month later, and she assured me that she would "get to it". Two years + and the voicemail is always full and no response from her on the website. This product needs to be marketed and sold by someone else. I will NEVER buy another one of their ironing board covers again, and I have been a loyal user for years. I am in business for myself and would not treat customers like this. Stay away, far away from this company.
