They do not honor their "Lifetime Warranty" that they promise. I have returned my damaged cover and have not received a replacement cover. I have emailed them several times with no response. I tried calling, and all I get is the voice mail that says "voice mail box is full". I would not recommend. The product is good, but the warranty is useless since they don't respond.

On January 9, 2013 I was able to contact a lady at Measurematic named Gazelle. She said that she has had a major medical issue that involved a transplant and she is trying to catch up to the back orders. There are many she said. She said she "hopes" to be all caught up in about a month. She said they are still in business and will be filling all orders.

I will add my voice to those who are appalled with the customer service. Over two years ago, I spoke with the woman, Gazelle, Jazel, Giesel regarding my needing an exchange for the incorrect size. She had me send my "old" (but unused) cover to her, along with a letter explaining what I needed. I followed up with a phone call about a month later, and she assured me that she would "get to it". Two years + and the voicemail is always full and no response from her on the website. This product needs to be marketed and sold by someone else. I will NEVER buy another one of their ironing board covers again, and I have been a loyal user for years. I am in business for myself and would not treat customers like this. Stay away, far away from this company.

I ordered a cover in October, 2012 from their website to give as a Christmas gift since they were out of the size needed at the county fair. I got a response that my order was "processing". I contacted them through their website when the order hadn't shown up in 30 days. No response. In November I got another email from a different email address saying my order was "processing". It is now January 6, 2013 and the cover has not arrived...BUT...the charge has now shown up on my credit card. Their voice mail box is full and they do not respond to emails. If the cover doesn't show up in the 30 days that the merchant is allowed to fill the order I am disputing the charge. Do not try to deal with them by email. They should not even have a website considering the lack of customer service.

I have been looking for their telephone number. I bought one of their covers at a Sewing Expo 10 years ago. I finally have a hole worn in it on the end, and need a new one, so I ordered it on the web in August 2013, receiving an acknowledgement of the order via e-mail. I patiently waited six weeks and e-mailed to see when I could expect my order, and haven't heard anything. I do notice their company is scheduled a visit to a quilt show in Hampton Virginia next February, so perhaps they are still in business. I would like to buy one; it fits my old, but large ironing board.

I love this company and its products. I first bought one of the ironing board covers at the Humboldt County Fair in Ferndale, CA. Years and years ago. Then we moved to Hawaii, and Louise Fawlett and company came to the Mancuso Quilt Show in Honolulu in 2004. I was lucky to get another ironing board cover, but also to have the company custom make a rotary iron (mangle) cover and another custom cover.
Now we live in Arkansas, and I was able to buy an ironing board cover in Paducah, Kentucky for our needs here.
The covers are everything they say they are and last forever (unless you happen to fuse appliqués and get the gooey gunk on the board). Can't imagine ever having to be without one of these ironing board covers.

I ordered one of their covers on March 5, 2013 and still have not received my cover. I am very dissapointed in the lack of customer service!! I e-mailed the company and have received no response. I too called and was greeted with a "full mail box". I am at wits end and am wondering what my recourse is?? I would not reccomend that any one do business with this company.
