I called 'BOUNDS HEATING & AIR' on 8/30/16 @ 3:30pm, to service a dead AC in home, Florida no less, I was told that "..they were unable to help due to prioritizing service contract customers first". No problem, I said. I moved on, next AC company, who diagnosed AC & ORDERED part same day, installed next, by 'LIBERTY AIR' Gainesville, (FANTASTIC co!). I THEN went to a group on FB, called 'Gainesville Word of Mouth' & reported my exp of 3 companies differing customer service that day. I listed 3 co's names & repeated my exp of what transpired via phone, I was PERSONALLY called out by OWNER of 'BOUNDS HEATING & AIR' by 'ROBERT BOUNDS' in GWM group, (also member).His retort: ROBERT BOUNDS saying “At least make your name realistic. Maybe "Kawk suker wolf” or “Waste of dads sea men wolf”’ HOW PROFESSIONAL!!! CAN YOU TRUST HIM, or his BUSINESS ETHICS? Please ask yourselves FIRST. I can't let bullies win, I can't let my kids know I didn't STAND UP to him & his uncalled for, vulgar comments!
