DO NOT LET THIS GUY IN YOUR HOUSE! I contracted him to replace a gas burner and upgrade to whole house AC. Paid him 10000 of the 15000 contract. He NEVR PULLED A PERMIT then sub contracted the work out to his buddy. The work is sub par and not to code. The AC condenser was never hooked up, none of the supply lines insulated and they left a mess for us to clean up. Paul came back looked at the work, said he'd be back the next day to finish 'and make everyone happy'. He never showed, never called and hasn't been seen again. That was over a month ago. He NEVER EVER APPLIED FOR A PERMIT, might be because he isn't even licensed to replace gas appliances.

Paul came to my home from a neighboring city that was about 5 miles away . He replaced a capacitor that retails for about $85.00 . He charged me $300.00 as a travel fee that he claimed Massachusetts law allows him to charge . He added another $75.00 for 15 minutes of labor . He marked up the $85.00 part to $359.00 for a total of $734.00 . When challenged he went into a tirade about my ignorance of his experience and Massachusetts law . He claims he is a Master HVC Technician . There is no such thing . The license number he uses to support that claim hasn't been use since 2016. The number he uses is for a Tin Knocker license that he hasn't paid for in three billing cycles . He took advantage of an elderly couple with health issues on a very hot day without A/C . His address was very hard to find , assumingely because this how he makes money by overcharging and then hiding from plaintiffs. This time he wasn't successful in hiding .

Paul is such a caring business owner. He cares a lot about his customers and has always helped me out in my times of need. He is a very hard working family man and I would highly recommend him to others.
