We offer instruction in self defense and martial arts for the entire family.
The martial arts is a way of life, not just an activity. We build character, confidence and self esteem through the practice of Shaolin Kempo Karate. Self-defense is not about fighting, but rather teaches the value of finding a non-conflict resolution. We provide a family friendly atmosphere for students of all ages, starting as young as age 4.
