The martial arts is a way of life, not just an activity. We build character, confidence and self esteem through the practice of Shaolin Kempo Karate. Self-defense is not about fighting, but rather teaches the value of finding a non-conflict resolution. We provide a family friendly atmosphere for students of all ages, starting as young as age 4. Adults are welcome and encouraged, as it is never to late to start studying. There are no long term contracts and the first three lessons are always free!
