DO NOT USE COATS TILE. GAVEN LAID MY TILE, WITHIN A WEEK THE GROUT WAS CRACKED. IT TOOK ME 6 WEEKS TO GET HIM TO EVEN CALL ME BACK. AND ANOTHER 4 WEEKS TO GET HIM TO COME FIX IT. WHEN HE DID FINALLY COME, HE LEFT EXTRA GROUT FOR US TO FIX ANY FUTURE PROBLEMS. I MIGHT BE MISTAKEN BUT WHEN YOU PAY FOR A SERVICE LIKE THIS, YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO FIX IT LATER YOURSELF.

WE JUST HAD COATS TILE INSTALL NOW ARE 3RD HOME WE PURCHASED AND HIS WORK WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND ARE EXPECTATIONS I HAVE ALWAYS WORKED WITH COATS TILE AND ALWAYS WILL THE PROFFESIONALISM AND TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER FIRST AND THERE FUN SENSE OF HUMOR IS WHY WE ALWAYS HAVE THEM BACK...THANKS AGAIN GAVIN

It was our pleaure to have employed the professional, prompt and caring Coats Tile, Inc. to design and implement our custom kitchen floor. The owner of the Company is on the job in a timely manner with a sense of humor and respect which accompanies his expertise, sense of art and care for what the customers wants to achieve. Coats Tile is on hand from the initial complimentary consultation to the clean up, returns calls promptly and is a fair businessman. We have a sitting room in our kitchen which required moving some heavy furniture which he and his assistant tackled without flinching.
