Horrible place, Stay Away at all costs. I enrolled in an online medical insurance policy with Speake. The rates seemed fair so I signed all the contracts and thought I was good. A few days later, other employees at work were saying they were cancelling thier insurance because the rates had mysteriously doubled on the website even though these contracts were finalized and signed. I logged on and found this to be true. Printing out this 2nd illegally revised contract and turned it into Kaiser for review. Bait and Switch tactics ! Do NOT trust !
