Anything left out must be brought in at night. Even though we have a walk in and aren't blocking anyone. They have hundreds of rules. Read this huge book of rules before moving in. You will get hit with fines if you disobey any rule. Living here is like living in jail. Trust no one here. Parking is impossible. Meters don't work properly, you will get a lot of tickets.
