I DON"T recommend WK Design Consulting. I hired Wayne Kelly when he owned Western Pools in Lakeview, California to refurbish my pool, and the work was terrible. The plaster had rough spots and spots with odd coloring, and the caulking came apart within just a few months. When I complained, Kelly never attempted to correct the problem and when I protested, he use profane language that can't be repeated here. Western Pool closed, presumably because Kelly went into bankruptcy and there were too many customer complaints. Stay away form this guy! Kelly, I hope you read this complaint and recognize that shoddy work will always follow you. Be honorable and take pride in your work.
