I’ve been using carbone’s for my auto body needs for over 20 years. Bob is a master at his craft and handles the insurance companies like no other. Every time I’ve been there he has faught insurance companies relentlessly on my behalf to get me the most out of my claims including having them pay to use only genuine new factory parts. The crew at carbone’s with their expertise has always gone through my vehicles with a fine tooth comb making sure nothing was missed by the insurance companies and everything related to the damage was repaired. I do have to say with some of my vehicles Carbone’s hasn’t been the fastest getting my vehicles back to me but they’ve been without a doubt the best. Their work is excellent, flawless results and in my opinion I’d rather wait the extra few days and have the job done to perfection. My son recently had an auto accident and we brought it to JC Carbone and Sons even though Bob new that the car would most likely be totaled out, he helped us through the whole process he went through the whole vehicle, he handled all the insurance calls and paper work and set up the rental car for my son all free of charge.
