TERRIBLE!!! Tom Thayer screwed us over and gave us the run around when the refrigerator that he sold us went bad after a few months. Instead of just being honest with us, he made up phony excuses and kept telling us to call him back day after day. We are still waiting for a call from his repairman. Don't use this company.
