Dayton Haugh was representing me in the sale of a lot. It was a 6 figure transaction. The sale HAD to be closed by December 31st because of the threatened increase in the capital gains tax rate. On the way to his office today (Dec,28th) my car broke down.
I contacted Dayton through my cell phone, he left his office and came to me, The deed and other papers were signed in my crippled car. How's that for road-side service ? The sale closed in hours.
