When I lived at my last residence I got lucky by getting in touch with JT mechanical. I had an A/C problem and I priced three different companies that were listed in the yellow pages. The first wanted a grand and the second 300, quite the difference. The last comnpany JT mechanical came in and told me it was a servicing issue and charged me under a 100 dollars. When I tried to stroke him a check he stated that he didn't have receipts and that he would be back later in the week. Right away he built a trust second to none. So that's how we met. Years later I'm at my new residence and my A/C and heating unit are on the blink and I'm nursing it while using my insurance to fix it when it breaks. It was time for a new cost effective unit. So right away I google JT Mechanical and notice that he is still local. I called, set-up an appointment and the rest is history. I paid for the best and I got the best. My job was supposed to take four days and they finished in three. When I came home from work each day it was not evident that there was maintenance being performed on my house. Bottom Line: today it hit 80 degrees and I'm chilling in my new A/C. For the first time ever, I have no humidity in the house. Thanks JT to you and your crew. You have made my wife happy and that counts more than anything.
