My experience was not positive. I waited over an hour while bleeding and in pain. I asked the women at the front desk for guaze pads and an ice pack and was told "We don't have anything like that at this office.". Dr. Cuomo's secretaries were rude, condescending and completely lacking in compassion. I was overcharged and could not believe the bill despite the fact that I was an direct referral from an associate of Dr. Cuomo's. The secretarial staff and dentist knew of my financial concerns and did not offer plans to ease the payment for me. I left knowing I would never return to such a rude office which apparently caters to the wealthy. His dental, assistants, however, were understanding, professional and kind. I would not recommend this office if you want to be treated as a complete human being in need of dental surgery and assistance.
