NOT RECOMMENDED! This despicable owner and its cheap and sloppy workers partners with BDC Management Co / (Nicole Wilkins) Prada came into my home at Park Plaza Apts to paint, a job that was to be done BEFORE I moved in. Its questionable employee went "unsupervised" on a Saturday when leasing office was closed, doing so Prada employee broke and damaged my personal property and got paint spalter all over my personal property. This petty and arrogant company never apologized but maliciously insulted me along with BDC Management / Park Plaza Apts (its contractor and my landlord). I had to file a Police Report against Prada's painter (#MP-12-995987) and PRADA / Park Plaza Apts were sued in claims court (public record) and ordered to compensate me for them destroying my personal property. This bum 'Carlos Prada and Nicole Wilkins insulted the Judge in his own court room and said vulgar obscenities about me in the court room (couple of months ago 2012). No one should do business with this STUPID and disgusting maintenance company!!
