My father went there after breaking his front tooth, and the dentist did fine work, but when he was putting in the bridge, he told my dad, "Now you can spit those watermelon seeds out properly." My dad decided to not make a big deal of it, but then a month later, he found out the insurance reimbursement form they'd given him had missing information, and when he went back the office manager spoke to him in the most disgusting way and initially refused to give him the insurance information for reimbursement before giving him, yet again, the WRONG info. My dad, at this point, makes ONE single bad review on their Facebook page, and then, a few weeks later, he realizes that the insurance still does not have the right info, so he returns to the office to get the right codes. The same rude office manager refuses to give him the info unless he takes down the review. He refuses; she gets nasty; my dad asks to speak to the dentist; the office manager leaves for five minutes, then comes back with the dentist, who tells my dad to GET OUT or he is going to call the police. My dad posted on our town's community page to share his experience, and that afternoon, he got a call from the South Hampton police telling him to leave the premises. I (on his behalf) contact the dentist and explain that if they do not wish for my dad to return to their practice, he obviously won't, but I still need that insurance info and a refund for the prepaid dental service he obviously can no longer receive. That gave me some number for insurance, which only time will tell if it's the right one. But to date, they have not addressed the refund. But what they have not remained silent about is the dog whistling on my father's post. Including referring to him as "sitting around on taxpayers' dollars" because he doesn't work, because he's a RETIRED police officer. What a disgrace!
