I had a marble install done by Discover Marble a couple of weeks ago. To begin with, the measurements were taken wrong. Therefore, when the gentleman came to install, he didn't have the proper size pieces of marble to install. That held up our installation for a week or so. It now has been done, and the pieces of marble that he cut and installed are noticeably different in color. I truly wish I could upload a picture here to show how obvious this is. We called to ask if it could be fixed, and we were told it would stay "as is". I am very disappointed in the finished product, as well as their poor customer service. I now have to go elsewhere to buy another piece of marble and have this redone. This is a huge expense to us and a huge inconvenience, not to mention a lot of extra work for our contractor.
