THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE EVER ENCOUNTERED!
⢠The inspection of the apartment for bed bugs was cursory at best.
⢠Treatment appointment was set for the afternoon, then revised to a day earlier (less time to prepare).
⢠A "No Show" on earlier appointment day. No courtesy call to let us know not honoring appointment or when they would be arriving.
⢠Did arrive early the following day (again, no notice),
⢠Refused to wait 20 minutes till my girlfriend returned from a medical appointment to handle with the animals (dog to be leashed and cat crated; I am in a wheelchair due to bone cancer).
⢠Was told "could not wait" and if he "did not do it now, then it was not getting done."
⢠Departed without offering to reschedule.
⢠Had to "jump through hoops" to reschedule for later that day.
⢠Yes, did arrive on time, but without warning.
⢠No notification when they were finished.
⢠Upon returning, the apartment was in complete disarray â every piece of treated furniture was on its end or side, many items had been moved, the mattress and box spring were leaning against the wall.
⢠The box spring was covered with dirty boot prints.
SUCH UNPROFESSIONALISM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!
