Not happy with Northwest motorsports. Sold me a vehicle with multiple problems found during the first month of purchase. Bad/ clogged oil cooler, bad and leaking EGR cooler, turbo was bad and needed replacing. Blown head gasket, all undetectable to a non-mechanic consumer. Only discovered when brought to a dealer for an oil change. Purchased the warranty; the Gold standard plan, but none of these items were covered by the warranty. Go figure... the warranty is crafted in such a way that that it doesn't cover known problems with the Ford F-250. Additionally, the truck had F-350 all over it and was advertised as such, but after registering it, I was told the VIN indicated it was a F-250. Quite a bit different. I could have lived with all that had they made some type of amends, but none were made and it was as if I was a burden and pain in the neck for even asking.
