I really had a bad experience with Krystal Cleaners in Grand Prairie. I took my jeans in to replace the zipper. Well they also hemed my jeans. You can clearly see they have been cut and rehemed. Well I took my jeans back to let them know of the mistake and the owner basically called me liar. He said his employee only followed the directions on the order, and nothing else was done. Told me to pick up my jeans and do what I wanted. I never asked for any funds/replacement, just wanted them to be aware that a mistake is done. They should own up to the mistake and not deny it. I will never do business with them again. Beware because he will not hear your side of the story, when I called him to discuss he immediately started raising his voice at me. This not how a consumer should have been treated.
