Greg Bell and Charles Russell Bell DO NOT have a license to operate in the the State of Texas through TDLR. It was REVOKED 7/18/19. They owe the State of Texas THOUSANDS in FINES. Were sued by State Attorney General and have lien on their property. Charles and Greg Bell totally ripped me off. Exactly one month after installing a complete new system, duct work, vents, everything...the system broke down. Greg said thank goodness for warranties and replaced the unit. As he left he said he would file the warranty papers but I have learned that he did not so I have no warranty. The ducts are kinked and bent inhibiting air flow into two bedrooms that are now freezing cold in the winter and sweltering hot in the summer. His crew damaged my electrical with their rigged up technique in my attic and now the electrical needs repair. The humidity levels in my house are at 70% causing mold, mildew, warping and chunks of wall peeling. He offered to replace the entire system on his dime. I requested a city permit which he never obtained and cancelled all three appointments saying that he would do right by me. Then Geg offered to write me a check to reimburse me for the full $20K but the check bounced. After the fact I learned Greg is not even licensed in Texas by TDLR. Greg has been operating under his Daddy's license and pretty much runs the business for his Daddy. 4 years later the entire system stopped working again in AUGUST...IN TEXAS. This company is not reliable or competent.
