However, this compromises the strength of the concrete! 3000 psi is ordered which is for cheap sidewalks. Then per their request, an average of 50 gallons of water is added for a 10 yard load. This takes it from about a 4 slump to a 10 slump. If you're building a multimillion dollar home you need to have an inspector watch your pour. These foundations, footings and slabs will probably fail.
