Not recommended and likely the worst HVAC contractor experience i have ever had. I have used M&M for seasonal maintenance for our store but once I had to make a service call as our a/c was not working correctly. They dispatched the tech who was literally there for 30 min and turned the circuit breaker back on. For this they were billing me $850 and 4.5 hrs, especially that i am a female business owner who isn't really familiar with AC systems. This is the second time they have tried to overcharge by using 4 times the amount actually spent. I can understand high rates for a dispatch but this is a complete fraud. The company seems to be running by the account managers and techs who work together to rip off customers and also get really rude once you present them with facts. I hope the management team takes a serious notice of this and tries to reviews the policies with the techs before every customer drops them as its HVAC vendor. For new clients especially women, please stay away for them as they will take advantage in every possible way.
