This place deserves absolutely no stars at all!!! I had the worst service on my truck here, to start it's completely unprofessional!! I took my truck to get fixed, was told to purchase parts only to have to return the parts I was told to purchase because 'he thought' it was what was needed after I went part by part to make sure that's what I did not need...WTF??? Clearly they did not know what they were talking about. When I addressed that there was a 20% restocking fee for me to return the parts and obtain the 'supposedly' correct parts there was no apology, energy or need that they cared about their mistake!!! Wait it gets even better...after I obtained the 'supposedly' correct parts, I was then told that I actually did need the parts that I had just returned back to Rechtien that cost me $400+ of money that was just thrown into the air and guess what, still no apology to their mistakes! Now I have a trust issue with them because they can't be honest and upfront about the service being done, so I then ask him to let me see the old parts that was taken off so that I know I have new parts on my truck, he has the nerve to get mad... REALLY??? I should be the one that's mad after I waisted money because of them!! So I go to pick up my truck after is supposedly fixed and I show him my sales tax certificate and he refuses to honor it AND charges me for parts??? Parts??? Are you serious, I purchased every part on my own and took it to them but yet he says that they had to use their tools...are you freaking kidding me??? Only for my truck to STILL NOT BE FIXED CORRECTLY!!!! WTBS.... PLEASEEEEE WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK CAR OR ANYTHING HERE!!! THEY ARE SHADY, UNTRUSTWORTHY, NOT PROFESSIONAL USELESS WANT TO BE MECHANIC SHOP THAT I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO AND I HOPE NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER!!! NOW I ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT IT MEANS WHEN SOMEONE SAYS SHADE TREE MECHANICS, REMACA TRUCK REPAIR IS JUST THAT!!!!!!! SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED
