Worst Customer Service I have ever had in my entire life. I went there to pick up a jewelry layaway ring for my wife yesterday. We had to take a trip due to a death in the family to the Philippines and therefore missed the first two payments. Their corporate policy says miss two and its canceled. Not one bit of compassion, leeway, nothing. Wouldn't even sell me the ring. I went to Zales and found a better quality ring and bought it for her the same day. I asked to speak to a Manager and the one that arrived was rude and wouldn't even give me her name. Don't shop there.
