My husband and I have not had a good experience with the Dometic Corportation. We purchased a brand new awning for our travel trailer in the fall of 2010. The first time we put the awning out in 2011 the part that attaches the awning to the deck broke. Dometic are not warranting it because there may have been some wind and we were not sitting on our deck when the part broke. We spent all the summer of 2011 trying to get Dometic to cover the replacement of the parts that were broken to no avail.
