Swift Cleaning was formed in 2002 by Buford Hawkins and Dean Clark. Swift has been doing parking lot sweeping and power washing since the beginning. In 2003 we added the services of striping parking lots and joint sealing. In 2004 we began property management with The Texarkana Pavillion when it was originally opened and the next year took over management of the Richmond Ranch Center. In 2007 we started painting Shell stations for E Z Mart. We stripe and paint store accent items on 120 locations a year. We perform over 1100 hundred jobs each year with a crew of 10-12.
