Short Version: They did not listen to our directions. They did not cut what we wanted them to, then refused to believe that we had talked about cutting what we wanted them to. Long Version: They are unprofessional, just a father and son doing this in their spare time. We wanted two trees trimmed from the top to make them shorter. They grew too tall and were blocking light from coming into our second story windows. We asked them to prune both trees and once they cut the top, to shape them so they didn't look like they had a flat tip. They were reluctant at first, but then gave in. They said they would come on Monday. Well...they came Wednesday, two days late. AND they didn't listen to ANY of our directions. They decided to prune one side of the tree (making it look small and disproportional to the rest), and the branches facing our house, so they wouldn't scrape against the window. Now the trees both look awful and they refuse to remember our conversation from our first meeting when we got a quote. I will never suggest them to anyone unless held at gunpoint...maybe. On the bright side, he seemed nice over the phone.
