Our washing machine was making some really weird noise and was just really loud. We did not know what to do. We called Sharper Service Solutions to check it out and they did. When the guy was done he knew right away what the problem was and he said he just needed to order some parts and everything would be good. He brought in those parts and put them into the washing machine and changed some parts and after it worked perfectly and quietly!
