Offering Yoga Classes and yoga teacher training certification. Infinite Light Yoga offers ongoing and series yoga classes appropriate for all levels of experience in several locations throughout the CNY region. We are available for corporate classes, special events, retreats, workshops. Additionally the ILY School offers a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification Program and continuing education credits for yoga teachers. Infinite Light Yoga offers classes year round at multiple locations (Syracuse, Camillus, and Marcellus). We offer all level classes, "Gentle Yoga" and classes appropriate for expecting mothers; prenatal yoga. Each non-repetitive class includes classical Hatha Yoga Postures, Breathing, Meditation, and Relaxation techniques. Our classes are led in such a way that, regardless of age, ability or physical condition, all levels
