I had a small section of carpet reseamed and replaced by Basic Building Components. They did a good job with the repair. The problem with this business is that they are difficult to contact and do not return calls. Calls go straight to an answering machine. They charged me $150 for a job that took 1 hour. I was expecting $125 for a minimum trip charge. There is no way to discuss my bill since they will not return my call. I will not use them again.
