This company does not value its employees, especially if you are a female or black professonal. Management is shockingly incompetent and understandably corrupt since that is the only way they can hold onto their jobs. Products sit in their shipping department for months and nobody uses their onlining timekeeping system because it is so poorly managed. Employees are not valued. Good managers leave and only the bad ones stick around since they can't get a job any place else. This is the worst place I ever worked.
