I was recommended by a friend when I needed help with a Medicaid issue. I called Connelly Law and was greeted by a friendly and caring voice. I received an appointment immediately and upon meeting the staff, felt very comfortable. Attorney Connelly made me feel like I was his only client and provided insight into what would work best in my situation. I left with a great plan and a special needs trust in place (something I didn't know even existed). I plan on using their daily money management services to help keep my mom at home as long as possible. Bottom line -- they treated me like family and with empathy given the problem I brought to them. They have even been there to answer questions I had after I left. People hear about the negatives of lawyers, I can tell you that RJ seemed like a friend and his staff are wonderful. They now manage her accounts and pay her bills monthly, which allows her to remain in her house, which was something we were so concerned with. Because we live out of state, doing this work just was not a reality. I can now rest easy knowing RJ and his team are providing the oversight she needs and the peace of mind that we need. Thank goodness for Connelly Law! My mother lives independently and we want to keep it that way. However, every month, I need to run to the bank because of overdrafts, lost ATM cards (which they are now charging her an arm and a leg to replace), bills not being paid, oil not being delivered - you name it. RJ did my estate plan so I called his office and asked if they could help. I found out that their fiduciary team does daily money management for those who need it or people or businesses that want it. They now handle all her bills, accounts, monitor deposits and I also know that they are on top of anyone seeking to scam her. For me, not spending so much time at the bank is like having a week's vacation every month. Finally retired! Went to Connelly Law after getting multiple recommendations from friends. He helped put together a Medicaid Plan, began helping me downsize my real estate holdings and developed some trusts. Also having his fiduciary team take over my accounts and using his bill paying services. We can travel now without worries of who's paying the electric, cable, etc. Retirement is nice. I'm not rich but what we have we wanted to go to our kids. I found out real quick that I could have lost everything. I was referred to RJ Connelly by another patient who told me he was the best in estate planning. After I returned home, I called his office and had an appointment within a few days. We put together a plan that protects the assets and property we have and will go to where we want it to go when we are no longer here. RJ and his staff were kind, friendly and professional. They guided us through the process and even checked in to see if we needed help with anything. In a way, the illness I had was a blessing because I learned about the importance of estate planning and Medicaid planning. As far as I'm concerned, Connelly Law is the way to go.

A family member took ill suddenly and needed a nursing home. We were not prepared for this. I had property and money put away for my sons but the illness was going to wipe me out. Called Attorney Connelly and he and his team put together a Medicaid plan for our family and really gave us hope. We now have a plan in place, he helped me put together a trust that was needed for a son with special needs, and what me and my wife saved for our kids will be going to them. Attorney Connelly helped me and my family when our mother was victimized by a scammer who gained access to her accounts. It is difficult for me to stay on top of things for her since I live on the west coast and she is in Rhode Island. Even more problematic is the fact that she does not speak English very well. Attorney Connelly and his fiduciary team addressed this immediately and got things back on track. He has since developed an estate plan for her and others in my family and his fiduciary team is managing her money and monitoring her accounts.
