I'm sorry to hear that Mr. Hall passed away, however, he took my case and advised me how much it would cost me. A flat fee is what I was advised. Several thousand dollars! I paid him up front before he did anything. He took the money and did absolutely NOTHING AT ALL! He told me I could come into the office anytime I wished to talk to him, with or without an appointment. On one occasion he advised me that he was going to start charging me by the hour because I advised he that I had no more money to offer him. As I stated, he took several thousands of dollars from me and did NOTHING FOR THE MONEY! NOTHING AT ALL. FILED NO PAPERS WITH THE COURTS AS HE WAS SUPPOSED TO, ADVISED ME TO LIE UNDER OATH IN A DEPOSITION 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE OTHER PARTY'S ATTORNEY ARRIVING, (I HAD NEVER BEEN PRIVY TO A DEPOSITION PRIOR TO THIS SO I HAD NO IDEA WHAT TO EXPECT, HE ASKED ME TO COME INTO THE OFFICE 10 MINUTES EARLY AND THEN ADVISED ME THAT IF QUESTIONED ABOUT THIS CERTAIN THING, TO ANSWER WITH THIS LIE, I WAS SHOCKED! THANK GOODNESS THE OTHER PARTY'S ATTORNEY NEVER ASKED THAT QUESTION SO NO NEED FOR ME TO LIE). I was given a recommendation to Mr. Ronald Hall, Sr. as he was known as The Bear in the courtroom & was known to be a very good attorney. The recommendation came from The Lexington County Courthouse. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone if this is how they do business. Take your money and don't follow through. In the deposition, he thought I would lie to cover for his dishonesty.
