As an attorney, certified mediation and accredited veteran’s advocate, I have over 30 years of experience practicing law to include Security Disability/Veteran Disability, Divorce & Estate Planning, As disability advocates, our firm assists clients across the state with obtaining Social Security and Veteran Disability benefits when they suffer injuries or medical conditions which prevent them from working. In addition to SSDI and SSI, we provide assistance with Medicare and Medicaid, as well as helping low come individuals obtain health care services and prescription medications. We help with applications, appointments, documentation and hearings, when needed. We network with community organizations to assist low come individuals with health care services, medical and remote mental health treatment as well as medications to support their disability claims.
We assist clients with Family Law and Divorce, to include child custody and support, alimony, division of assets to include military benefits, mediation and wills/estate planning. I have handled civil appeals and argued cases before the South Carolina Court of Appeals, as well as handled litigation in South Carolina District.
