THIS DENTIST IS NOT CAPABLE OF MAKING DENTURES AND HAS AN ARROGANT SELF-RIGHTEOUS ATTITUDE. I am leaving this review in hopes others will not experience what I have. If you are looking for dentures, please consider going somewhere else ...if you want them done right. I have had many sets of dentures made over the past 20 years and have NEVER been so disappointed! They are horribly ill-fitting, way too large, point inwards like animal teeth and are extremely crooked (lop-sided). I just cannot believe what a mess they are. Dr. Kisling was upset when I told him that I was not satisfied. He took it personally and was rude and loud to the point that he made me cry. I was mortified when I left the office and vowed to never go back. He said I would have to pay for a new set for him to make them over!! I made 6 trips to his office for him to fit me for these dentures and he didn't get them right; there's no way I would pay him again to do the same quality work! He insists that I pay for this mess he made and I am sick over it. I still don't have new dentures that I can wear. This Dentist was willing to lose my husband as his patient that has been with him since he opened the practice, my daughter, AND me before he was willing to MAKE THINGS RIGHT! It didn't make any sense, but I can say it is probably fitting to his arrogant, self-righteous, personality. He may be able to perform other dental work fine, but he CANNOT seem to make dentures! HORRIBLE!!! They do not care about their patients at all!! The office manager lies. She took a check from me to teat my daughter until the insurance was verified. Then she said he would mail it back to me. Well, the insurance paid and then she waited 6 weeks and ran thecheck through anyway. Would not give Dr Sims my message andREFUSED to do the right thing!
