Amazing service. Outstanding product. They spend hours on the shape and the more hours on just the iris color alone. It takes more time, but it is well worth it. Perfectionist! They spend over an hour just fiddling with the upper eyelid shape for me. People are always SHOCKED when I pop my eye out - they always say that they can't believe how REAL it looks! I have to drive 2 1/2hrs one way, multiple times, to make my eye with Hetzler Ocular. But, they have always been worth the drive and the time! Highly recommend! A+++++++++++
