Amy had to be the worst travel agent I've ever dealt with. She did absolutely nothing aside from booking the actual trip...where she misspelled my name, put down the wrong addressed and didn't give us the fight information in order for us to check into the flights.
She made no recommendations, didn't book and restaurants, excursions, etc.
I cannot not stress enough to stay away from this lady at all cost.
