My heat and hot water shut down so my landlord had to call this company. They sent out. Matthew and Ian, and they were on time. Time. They worked until it was too dark to work and they had pretty much figured out what the issue was. We thought that I was going to be without heat and hot water longer. They needed to come back first thing in the morning at 8:00 a.m. they showed up on time, and fix the issue by 9 :15 a.m. and I did not have to go longer without heat in hot water. They communicated with me the whole time. They did not have to step in the house. They just asked me to do a couple things like turn on the water and check the heat while they worked on it. Amazing communication, punctuation. Very polite and very nice young men. Definitely give them five stars and very happy that I didn't have to go until Thursday without heat and hot water. Thank you,

We found ourselves unexpectedly in need of a new hot water heater. The first quote we received from another plumbing company was very high, so we called Sarette Bothers Inc. to get another quote. We were pleasantly surprised at how much lower their estimate was, and we were also pleased by how quickly they were able to install the hot water heater. The technicians, Stephen, and Mitch were both professional and courteous, and their workmanship was outstanding. This was a great experience and the next time we need plumbing services we will know who to call first.
