I lived at one of their properties from 2/2015 - 5/2016. Scott that works there/owns part of the business(not sure) is really rude. Robert (im assuming his father) told me that he would have someone come by my house for pest control, and when i called back to check in Scott yelled at me for not taking care of it myself and actually said "do you know how annoying it is when tenants dont do what they are supposed to?" I made it a point to never speak with him again about anything. Then in January when i got married and my name changed i told Robert about it, he congratulated me and said he would make a note of the name change. five months later (including 5 money orders with my new last name) when i was putting in applications to move back to round rock, an apartment complex called and spoke with Robert and he told them he does not have anyone by my name, or my husbands name living at any of his properties. I called him and he told me he did not realize my name had changed... sounds more like he was trying to make it harder for me to move out. and then they nit-pick how you clean when you move out and charge for stupid things so you dont get your whole deposit back. They say that they take care of the front lawn maintenance if you live in one of the duplexes, but multiple times my husband ended up having to mow the front because they grass and weeds would get so tall.
