First Class Kitchen & Bath was hired to install a tile floor in one of the rooms in our home. Sadly we recently discovered that all the tiles were NEVER attached to the 'hardie board' underneath to begin with. In other words there was no adhesive or thin set actually gluing any of the tiles down which caused them to become loose. We took dozens of photos and video showing the tiles as they were being removed (there was zero adhesive or thin set adhering to any of the tiles). As a result, we had to hire another contractor to remove all of the flooring and re-install ALL of the tiles. We paid a lot of money to properly install the floor again which was never installed to begin with. We contacted the three original realtors who sold us our home and they all agreed that Kale Meyers was 100% responsible and should have resolved this issue and covered the cost as it was his work. Unfortunately, my wife and I attempted to contact Mr. Meyers for over two weeks. He ignored our phone calls, messages, and emails, as well as communication from mutual friends urging him to do the right thing. We even offered to split the re-installation cost with him as a kind gesture only to expedite resolution. Ultimately he refused all responsibility and did not stand by his work (which was improperly done). We are very disappointed and unsatisfied with his work and the complete lack of communication.
